My father's watch fully serviced as new

This is my first thread although I am following the forum daily since some years. :-)))
As for me the emotional connection to a special watch is by far more important than some nice features or popularity and resale value, I want to share with you some photos of my father's watch, tlhat I have fully rebuilt at RSC adding new bracelet, crown, bezel, sapphire glass and full service. It is a "like new" watch that I enjoy remembering my father. He was a special guy and his watch choice was at that time also very special.
It is a 1997 model.

I also chose to restore my father’s retirement watch versus just keeping it the condition it was in when he passed. Your’s is beautiful and a wonderful momento.

Wow, this is really beautiful.
The value of this timepiece is in the bank of memories it enclose.
You must be so proud of owning it now.

A super unique reference, and absolutely one of a kind as far as sentimental value. So glad to see people wearing their heirlooms.

Thank you for sharing. It is a beautiful watch. That’s the amazing thing about watches — you will now be able to add your own story to this watch and pass it to the next person. I wish you many years of enjoyment and adventures!

This is a man of few words, but those words he puts down are powerful. I'm sure this watch brings back memories each time you wear it.
