Chris Hemsworth goes through some extreme challenges to create a better, stress free, longer life.

I was skeptical. Still am. But it’s great in some ways. I’ve watched the first three.

Stress reduction through the breath and meditation.
Extreme colds and heats for longevity.
Fasting

I’m super impressed with this dude. And it’s a good show. I highly recommend if you are curious about these types of things. I’m really enjoying it.

Hemsworth is cool, (damn he has great hair) a physical specimen and the perfect person for this show but the psychologist in the first episode was incredibly annoying. Hopefully not included in other episodes going forward.

Great premise. Almost unwatchable. Can’t get past the cinematography those close up from top of foreheads and background blur are ridiculous and completely unnecessary. IMHO
