Surprise from my big sister..

So I'm the executor of my parents estate, and only one that can do the job as my sister is in an assisted living center. It's been a rough go traveling weekly back and forth from my house for four months( not your everyday estate) but the end is in sight. Well , my sister surprised me today with $10k for my hard work. Nice sister!!!! I've pretty much decided that I'm getting a RG DJ41 TT with the chocolate dial (and paying the difference of course). I'm just trying to decide on the bezel...smooth or fluted ( I'm kinda stuck on the oyster bracelets) . My current collection is a TT date with leather strap, a 36 DJ TT white face oyster bracelet smooth bezel, a brand new TT bluesy sub date, and a Hulk ordered with money down on it.

Fluted!! I believe Aucoin Hart has one in the case. I was there Saturday and they brought out the 2018 GMT CHNR which was not spoken for!

Sorry for you’re loss. I love the smooth bezel, but given your current collection I’d say go fluted.

Sorry for your loss.
I would go fluted with jubilee since you already have oyster bracelets.
However, if you are stuck on the oyster as you say, I think the smooth bezel goes better with the oyster.

Sorry for you loss. Losing parents is always a struggle.

I would go fluted and oyster. I think it is just the right amount of flash.

First and foremost, very sorry for your loss. I've always been of the opinion that the smooth bezel goes better with the oyster bracelet. If I was to get the fluted bezel, I'd pair it with the jubilee bracelet. Just my two cents.

Your sister's in an assisted living center and you took her ten grand? I think you should re gift it back to her or buy HER something equally as nice. It's not like you don't have any Rolexes already.

Sorry for your loss.

Fluted bezel gets my vote, it's uniquely Rolex.
