Cartier Santos vs Roadster

For a while I have been contemplating getting a vintage Cartier piece. I thought about getting the original Santos 100 the non XL model but I have also thought about getting the Roadster. I have seen some shots of the Roadster on wrist but I haven't found many with the classic Santos. Most of the photos I find are of the Santos XL. Does anyone here have either of those that can kindly post some shots as well as give feedback about the pieces. Would be greatly appreciated. This is the only photo I have found online.

I owned the Roadster once and love it. I love the cyclops on it.

Cartier Santos vs Roadster

I had the Santos (medium size) ; I felt that if I was going to have a Cartier it gotta be the Santos. The Roadster is cool but for that kind of look I would buy something different . Or u could go with the classic Tank, that is for me a Cartier.

Is like buying a Submersible from Panerai, is not a bad thing at all ; I think it's cool; but in that case I would buy a Rolex sub. That's just how I roll

Cheers , I don't think u would be unhappy either way
Good luck

No pics here, but I think the Santos is the better watch.

I have a Galbee and like it very much. I started wearing it again despite the large watch trend. It is one of the most beautiful watches ever made.

I have the Santos, but don't wear it as I find it too small and it's the quartz, gift from my grandmother almost 30 years ago, keeping it for my son, as much as the Roadster is original and interesting for me the Santos is the one to have if you want real Cartier DNA

The Roadster is like the Pasha: both have unique looks that are amazing.

I'm not a fan of the Santos, but many people are. I've never owned one, but I have owned the Roadster and Pasha and can recommend them. But it is really up to your aesthetic eye. Try on both watches you are considering and go for the one that you like best. There is no wrong answer.
