Agreed. Incremental tweaks to existing bracelets for specific watches is the order of the day. We donít need entirely new bracelets Ďjust becauseí. All bases are already covered.

Maybe just a return of the bark president.

An evolution of the Oyster Flex to an Oyster Bangle would be something. Then I could move my arms really fast and deflect bullets.

The bracelet on the 39mm masterpiece day-dates would be cool to see more of. Itís slim and low profile and looks great (imho)

AP RO says otherwise. But looking at most other brands it indeed seems to be hard to come up with a fundamentally new design with a chance to become as iconic as an oyster or jubilee. Cases in point: ALS Odysseus, Piaget Polo, Chopard Alpine Eagle..

Most folks around here seem to prefer not even seeing their bracelets, as they insist that their watches cover the expanse of their wrists.

The oyster, jubilee and president bracelets are great and why mess around with perfection. The rubber straps are ok.

The Jubilee and Oyster are the only two bracelets I need. The Jubilee is the epitome of comfort on my wrist and outside of rubber I haven't found anything more comfortable. So to answer your question, I say no.
