Uhh that isn't always true....Moon to Mars has been a hard sell in comparison to other models

The models which have gained the most traction are the LM 2500D and Snoopy LE in the past year. Many of the other LE have gained only a little in comparison to those two from what I have seen.

The 2500D version of the PO was only made for approx 8-10 months. The 2500D version will be much much much rarer than the other POs and has the modified 3 level escapement to boot

many say its irrelevant but 'collectible' items are 'rare' items and 2500D POs fulfill this requirement

The 2500D is not in the 'liquid metal' the 2500C is

all the new POs have 8500 variations

The one I don't see up for sale very often, which I think is one of the best looking of the ltd. edition Speedys is the Gemini IV one. It has a very nice looking blue dial with easy to read subdials, and was made in low quantities. There is just one on the "e" auction right now.

I had a moon to mars model and i found it hard to use the timer because the markings were obscured by the graphics. I liked it, but people are very polarized in their opinion of it.
