When pictures are that bad, I wouldn't even consider it. Even if it looked ok. Fakes are so good now that a blurry picture could easily hide flaws on a fake and made a genuine watch look fake.

Just the fact that they wont post a straight on pic is all I would need to walk away among other things. Its usually a tactic to conceal the bad magnification of a fake.

What looks off? You can hardly distinguish anything - good or bad?

Could be genuine, but only way I would consider a Rolex Sub C with no box and papers is with close up pics and even then I would need to see a movement pic too.
