Found some watches in the garbage
Amazing what people throw out. My uncle was taking out the garbage and found these two (Russian?) watches. They work pretty well, but they are really beat up.
And here's just my first mechanical watch, I want to get it fixed up and back on my wrist. |

Kyle the first two watches that you have are both made by "The First Moscow Watch Factory" the silver dialed watch is a Poljot, and the other one, which is older is a Pobeda - and it which means victory.
As for dates, the Pobeda is around 1950, the Poljot around mid 60's :-) |

YeP - definitely Russian. Poljot (Flight) and Pobeda (Victory). On the back one of them simply states that is is 'autowinding'.
