Thoughts on this 1601
I found this 1601. But it has a peculiar dial, handset combination. It seems to have no-lume hands with a stick hour markers dial. Was this ever a standard configuration?

Ive seen non-lume dials with lume hands but not the other way around. If the dial has lume then usually the hands will have it too. The originals were probably really oxidized and a watchmaker installed some hands that were lying around the shop, quite common on older watches. Original and correct hands are easy to find for a 1601. BTW, worst picture ever.
