Warm soapy water. No, the gaskets will not dry out because of this. You will die before the watch does.

I use a product called Wristclean and a soft bristle brush, it’s supposed to be made for watches, I’m sure some will say after trying it’s the same as soap and water but it’s pretty inexpensive and I feel my watches as have a bit more luster when done

I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the dial an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries out your seals and makes the watch look older.

There is an idea of a watch. But there is no watch only an abstraction. My watch is simply not there.

Mention a watch winder, if you wish to summon him.

Just use a bar of hand soap. Anything liquid in a squeeze bottle is more likely to hurt rubber over time.

Special blend of natural soap made it from juices & berries. Then I use baby unicorn tears to rinse off. Only the best products for my Rolexes.....

I soak mine in Diesel for a few minutes then rinse lightly under the tap.
The diesel leaves a lubricating residue around the bezel and in between the links and in the clasp.
It's all good

Is that off-road diesel, or street legal diesel? And did you also use DEF?

Took a shower with mine about 10 minutes ago and used a toothbrush to get any grime out from around the bezel and between lugs and bracelet. Been doing this for years and all good so far.
