3035 movement, winder issue

Hello,

I have 3035 in my rolex. When i put it in a winder for 650 both directions it stops after couple hours. I have noticed that even When winder turns it does not start Rolex. I have to take it out and wind it manualy. When it stops and i start to wear it, rolex is getting alive.

I would turn up the tpd on my winder but i read that it’s not too good. However i have read that You cannot overwind rolex so i do not know what is true right now.

Any thoughts?
