Excited to finally post the incoming of my first AP!

Visited the AP boutique in Venice while on vacation last month to hopefully find a 26405 on my wrist, but after trying on the rose gold the decision was clear. Few quick text messages with my AD back in Newport Beach and here we are today!

Completely enamored with the watch. Absolute work of art and wears much lighter than you'd expect. Now my biggest problem is deciding what the next AP to join it in the watch box will be!

Thank you on both counts. Both have been 2018 pick ups and I couldn't be happier with either decision.

Knew it the minute they pulled it out of the case that it was going to be impossible to say no to. All black coupled with the texture on the dial really gives the whole watch some depth and presence.

The OW is one that I would have cut the check for before I even received this one. Would love to see one in person but even now getting the itch just staring at the ones available at grays.

Thank you very much gents! Nice to enter with a heavy weight. Regarding the previous model subdials, personal preference for me with black subdials on a white face if I'm going panda. Absolutely gorgeous watch in either flavor though.

Love the way yours looks on the black and red OEM GP strap. Do you find the leather more comfortable than the rubber? Would match the color combo of my 458 perfectly with that strap ...!

Thanks! Can see that I'm in good company with the number of guys here who rock the RG heavyweight as well.

In terms of eventually picking up a second ROO down the line, I'm really liking the look of the 26400 stainless in white with the black subdials on a white OEM strap. Would be a good complement while still having it's own identity.

Are there ever any TRF AP Southern California get togethers?

Get the red GP strap for sure, comfort is about the same as the rubber.
