How many watches with a bluesy

I may be on my own here but I'm amazed at how the Bluesy changes character depending on the light. It's as if you get around 4 watches in 1. Bargain!:)

It's really impressive. One of my all-time favorites. Enjoy.

It is a stunning and spectacular watch. I love how a lot of sunburst dials in the Rolex catalogue change when you are in different lighting situations. That LB is gorgeous and continue to wear the heck out of it.

as i've said on here before, when i wear my bluesy on a sunny day and i'm out and about, i can't stop repeatedly looking down at my watch, not to tell the time, but to have my breath taken away by the stunning beauty of that blue, sparkling dial.

I've got an old 1989 Bluesy that changes from a deep purple to deep blue depending the lighting. It's quite a difference just depending the angle. I don't wear it much and would have sold it by now, but that damn dial keeps it in my collection. At least my wife started wearing it now!

Excellent, not just me then! Any cracking alt lit bluesy shots from your collections to share? I swore to myself I'd just wear it and not prima Donna. So far it's been working on cars and running chainsaws and log splitters. I'll be honest, this is my 4th Rolex and while I love em all I would genuinely have paid more for it and that feeling is not abating. So for anyone out there swithering, drop the hammer! :)

My bluesy is the same experience.
One of the most beautiful watches Rolex has produced.
If you want a REAL treat, check out how angling the light 'plays' with the color/tint of a white dial, such as found in the Sky-Dweller, etc.

Thanks, good to hear if ever so slightly black catter. I'll have a look and see if it stacks up against the blue. :) Cheers!

I'm sure it will be bonnie. Been quite surprised at the varying levels of subtle gorgeousness going on in a watch that at a first pass just shouts '!!!' So would expect that level in others of the same marque. Any photos,to back up your bold white face wordplay?

Nice, glad you shared. Thank you. My camera is cleverer.rr than my eyes. Can't quite catch that moment when it all goes black (almost) with gold then a bit of light hits it and it all goes 'ping'. :)
Does 'sumptuous' cover it?

I am on the wait list for one from my AD. Who knows when I will see it but this just reinforces my interest.

Agreed, the dial of the TT blue Sub is what made me pull the trigger. The gold was secondary. I like it best on an overcast day.

It definitely changes a lot in different light. It’s an amazing watch and luckily I bought this right before it was discontinued. Great case, bracelet and wonderful synergy between gold dial text and gold on the watch!!

Some excellent examples shown, nice one lads. Must agree on the pop of the hour markers. The larger size and gold surround sounds like less than it is. Absolutely love it.
