Icon2 New one!

How fragile or prone to bend, are the mont blanc pens made of precious resin?

Not at all in my experience. I have several made from resin and have never had an issue....I have even dropped a few from my desk to a wood floor with no issues.

I've never had a MB shatter on me, I've never known anyone who has had this happen to them. My particular MB was bought brand new in 2006.

I've been using my MB since 1995 (High School Graduation Gift), and I've never had a problem. I've dropped it a few times on hardwood, tile and marble floors.

I dropped my MB ballpoint from my pocket to a concrete floor. Shattered into about 7 pieces. Sent it in to MB and they fixed it for free. That was about 20 years ago so I don't think they do this any longer, but did when Kohinoor serviced them for MB.

To answer your original they can break if dropped.
