Incomingggg!!! Welcome to the family!!!

With all of the craziness going on in the world it humbles me to see that uplifting communities such as this forum still remain!!! 2020 has been a rollercoaster but hard work and dedication will always persevere!!! With that being said I introduce to you the two new members of my watch family...

While in Cancun for my birthday i was able to build a meaningful relationship with a Salesman at an AD. After many hours of conversation both in person and via whatsapp i was able to convince him to "gift" me the opportunity to purchase a Steel Daytona for retail!!! Beautiful watch!!! A few days later upon my return home i was introduced to this beaut which was the Audemars Piguet Chronograph 26300ST!!!

Market value for both watches hover around 35-40k CDN.

Owning both i can speak without bias. I'm sure most will agree that for the price the AP is the much better purchase!!! The wrist presence and quality is unmatched by the rivalling Rolex Chronograph!!!

I was blessed to be able to acquire both!!! I hope you guys don't mind me sharing!!!

Enjoy!!!

Congrats on 2 nice watches. I'm located in TO as well. Am I correct in assuming you got the AP out of town?

Congrats!
I bought my first AP at the end of June (15400 blue) and just got my second yesterday (15710 white w/ blue). So, yes, I agree AP>Rolex

I was able to acquire the AP through my good friends @KilaniJewellery. T'was my first time working with a "grey market" dealer and i can only imagine myself ever doing so if i'm hunting a discontinued watch. Otherwise i believe all of the fun is in the thrill of the chase and building relationships with sales associates.

These two watches are beautiful, congratulations.

Rolex Daytona is a lot cheaper than AP 26300ST at MSRP.

I was lucky enough to purchase it in Cancun. Because of the pandemic many of their customers were not interested in travelling to pick up their pieces. My brother was able to purchase a 42mm Yacht Master Oysterflex as well....

VERY underrated in my opinion. I had to take advantage once i seen that the market value wasn't much more then what it retailed for...
