Yes I have said many times on the new sub topics, this is the one and only. New sub is nice but will never be better than a 16610LV

Jocke, my Swedish friend, when you say five-digit still rules you are talking about your age

It’s good to see some love the 5 digits - it almost feels like they’re the forgotten ones.

Not old enough to be vintage hunted and not new enough for this ceramic craze and wait lists.

I like the five digits but find them lacking in certain areas such as the bracelet and refinement. It's very hard to find decent five digit watches in as nice condition as new six digit watches. They're nice if you already own one but hard to buy into a good one if you don't.

Agree with the bracelet, the buckle in particular. I picked up a 6 digit OP to have the new bracelet experience. Love them both, honestly.

A really nice 5 digit is way easier to find than a new one at AD. In fact finding mine was a really enjoyable experience in comparison to the awful experience dealing with the local AD out here.

5 digits are when Rolex got it right. Took them forever to get there and they couldn't just let a good thing be.
