Incoming!

Surprised my girlfriend today with her first Rolex. She has been hinting subtly to me that the datejust was the model she wanted. She loves it! Here are a few pics, glad she now understands more "directly" why we all love these watches so much!

Congratulations - I really like your YG SubC Black. If my DDII finds a stalemate, it will be that exact watch. I find pictures really do not do the YG Black Sub justice, for both it's aesthetic quality and presence.
Let me ask, OP, do you always were your Sub so loose? My watch would beat the living daylights out of my hand if I did so.
Anyway, cheers and congrats on a fantastic pair!!

It actually fits quite snugly, its more of an optical illusion because the small amount of slack in it was all on one side of the bracelet at that angle. I keep a little slack and I mean a LITTLE in during the summer because I live in a very warm climate and my wrist will swell a little, making that little bit of slack very handy. When it turns cold (not smoldering) again I may make an adjustment. I noticed how loose it looked when I first took the pic however in reality its actually quite snug, though not to the point where it'll leave indentations in my wrist. Its a bit of a trade off during the summer, however in the coming months it'll be more consistent and I'll be sure its snug.
