BLNR if it will be your only Rolex, Hulk if you had a few already. Maybe start with the BLNR and add the Hulk later.

I like my BLNR

Not sure what your choice actually is.

Both! I got a Batman after having seen the Hulk who was my first idea. A few months later I got a call from my AD they received a Hulk and if I stayed interested. I bought it as well. Perfect duo and collector items...

If I wanted the GMT function I’d get the one that has that. If I wanted a dive watch with a 60 minute timing bezel and twice the water resistance of the GMT, then I’d get that. But I’m weird.

Do you prefer a sub or a GMT? I'd say both would do similarly market wise.

Hulk or batman?

I chose the BLNR. I prefer the GMT function, and I don’t like green.

I wear suits and the green is way too sporty, so I would go for the BLNR

I own and love both, get the one YOU like best, Rolex SS sport watches all tend to increase in value over time. Really can't see how one or the other would be a better choice, both are great!

I prefer and have the Batman. The green gets to me. I used to own the one with the green bezel (Kermit). And after a few weeks, sold it. Could not get used to it. The Hulk does look very nice in person, I admit. Just don't know for how long if I owned it.

I think it's split down the middle as you will find strong fans of both. Value retention-wise I think both will do similarly well. You never really loose money in the long run with a SS Rolex professional watch, provided it is in excellent condition and you have everything that came with the watch (a full set). Rumors swirl now and then that one or both of these may be discontinued, but none of these have borne out yet. That said, you should always buy what appeals to you and brings happiness. Good luck in your decision. Cheers!

Love both, but if it's an only watch, my humble opinion is the BLNR. For me, it seems to go with almost anything. The green can be a bit less versatile, but thats just my opinion. That's why we here always say to get what YOU like.

No real wrong choice here, and very doubtful depreciation would factor on either model...both continue to rise as the years pass imo...

BLNR is my choice though -- not only better-looking to me, but I find it also wears/fits better than the sub, and would certainly be the more versatile option of the two

Well 2 great watches that have the potential to depreciate greatly if you're buying outside of AD MSRP. So if that is the case and a concern, i'd avoid both of these.

If I was you, i'd do the value play with the LNs because they are supremely under-appreciated by today's Instagramers ....funny most of which were here just a year or 2 ago screaming about wrist "presence" and how the Apple Watch was putting the watch industry out of business

I own both but will give a slight edge on the LVc because of the dial, the brushed band & the glidelock. Lots of similar thread if you do a search.

BLNR- no contest for me. Colors, polished center link and GMT functionality. I wear it a lot more than any other. BUT you are wearing it and to each his own...I don’t think you can go wrong with either watch.

I've slowly fallen out of love with the green on the Hulk, I'd go with the BLNR

Actually, I think you are looking for “advice.”

I would “advise” you as others have, to buy the Rolex watch you want to wear.

LVc (hulk) has much cooler bezel movement, better water resistance, it's a sub.
Also, the multi color dial is amazing. No polished center links etc etc.. and I believe harder to obtain new, unless you go grey market.
