Who notices your clothes when you are wearing a watch like that!

Love it!

Curious though.. do you only like rolex? Surely there are some complicated AP, VC and PP watches that make a WG sub almost pedestrian looking. Or are you just referring to the Rolex line up? Regardless, you picked my favourite 20k plus Rolex model!!

I definitely understand. I've been in the car game and finally followed my "passion" to the watch world. What I've always found is that nothing beats the thrill of the chase. Hunting and searching for the perfect purchase, whether it be a car or a watch, is always more fun than driving/wearing it.

I imagine, I am not the only one here with similar issues.

I, like many, work ridiculous hours, with lots of travel and certainly weekends and nights taken up.

I have always loved watches. In my recent years I have used them as a wonderful diversion to the monotony of it all. And I love what I do, but I often times I find myself needing something else to think about. One can only obsess about deadlines so much.

The looking, the finding, the trying on, the buying, the selling and the waiting for the arrival of the new one. It was a great way to easily satisfy those empty bored moments. With all those working hours, its hard to pick up a new hobby or do something different. The watch thing was quick and easy and fun.

With this new arrival, I want nothing else. Don't get me wrong, I really do want other watches. I really do.

The new THC is awesome. The new GMT is lovely. I want them both.

BUT, I know I will not wear them. They will be a waste of time and money.

I am ruined. All my fun is gone. This is terrible.

(disclaimer: clearly I am just having fun with this post. I realize this is a 1st world problem. But because I am not flipping, I have to resort to this amusing (amusing to me anyway) post)

EDIT: if anyone can tell me that bar i am sitting at in the top picture. i will send you a surprise gift of my choosing. it will be fun and exciting, but i too do not know what it is yet. if you think i am not good for it, just ask Mike.
I am speechless.
Excellent pick Seth.

Don't blame you for being ruined. Me too, from the day I pick my first

Congrats!

I do appreciate other brands.

However, and I suppose I'm probably ignorant, I feel like rolex is the perfect blend of everything.

I've tried on a number of others. For now, for the foreseeable future, I think it's just rolex.

The "new blue" (now the "old blue"?) on the WG sub is perfect. Enjoy!

Thanks for your comments AM..... Glad you agree..... I think the longest I've ever been satisfied with anything was a few weeks......

But this one does continue to get very near the mark in the full satisfaction stakes.......

They are changing the color on the TT and the YG, not the WG, which is why I said this "new blue" is now the "old blue."
