On the fence - 15500 OR on bracelet

I currently have a ROO CE 44 and a 15400 ST black dial in my collection and I'm looking to add a pink gold piece. I've been looking at the 15500 OR on strap because it would add a different shade of color to my collection. Question is, would the bracelet version be a better buy or should I get the strap version for more versatility? I can always pickup the gold bracelet down the road. Thoughts?

always go with the bracelet version and get a strap after that, if you want. it costs more doing it the other way around

Good advice here. I believe the RG bracelet is now $28,000 USD.

The price difference is actually the rose gold deployant clasp which is around 5k. Since you get that clasp with the strap version, but then you add the bracelet. (If you subtract out the clasp price, the hypothetical change from strap to bracelet would be the same price).

Anyways, love the look of the rose gold, super wary about the fragileness of the dial already so I try to not get the rose gold.

Perhaps more importantly, I think SS in black dial then RG in black dial would see a bit redundant. At a minimum, might consider switching out the dial to another color to like Gray while doing the RG pickup.

I would suggest going with the full bracelet version off the jump - always easier to go back and convert to strap if you'd so desire.

That's what I did at least.

I'd go PC in rose gold but obviously way more expensive and not exactly easy to get at least when going thru the boutique

I was thinking about the same thing - two black dials might seem a bit redundant. Maybe swap out the SS-black dial for something else.
