I have the same watch, I bought it in 1995, I would guess the value today to be about $1200.

My friend told me he bought it 30 years ago ..

Which mean 1982.

But it doesn't looks that old ..

If it was 30 years old, would it not have a "T" (for tritium) either side of "Swiss Made" - or, is that just on Rolex?

that watch is not 30 years old... looks like a 2562.20.00

value probably in the low 1000's if you can find a buyer

Introduced next to the more popular Blue Bond Seamaster in the '90s. I think the 3rd alternative was with a gold bezel.

A nice classic used full size blue bond auto is about $900, so the white quartz would go for about $600, even less if its a midsize.
