Don't 'yet' have a Breitling, but am getting more and more drawn to the bronze dial on the Rattrapante.
Absolutely stunning!

The Navitimer is sweet. Having a sub,a Speedmaster and a Navitimer would be really cool.

First Breitling I’ve ever owned. Great watch. Much better than I ever imagined

Had a navitimer... setting the date annoyed the shit out of me. When the new ceo came in...I decided to bail on he brand. Mess with the. Seiko’s instead.

I acquired this Chronomat fairy recently, blue dial on blue croc with deployment clasp- my first Breitling and likely my only one. I do like the design of the deployment but the bezel action is truly awful. Also have a YM2 and no plans to acquire any more Rolex, as I'm out of love with the brand.

I bought a Breitling Navitimer in 2002. When I saw it’s blue face in the shop window, I knew it was the watch for me. It was my first Swiss timepiece.

I knew about Rolex et al. But I loved this watch over all. Of course I still have it, and wear it with pride.

In addition, I also have several German and Swiss quality watches including my Rolex Submariner.

Cosmonaute edition.... not sure why it may be a production run of 250, but my favorite navitimer yet.

I have owned a yellow steel Seawolf (only a few months, never got to wear it), a blue Superocean Heritage 46 on mesh and a stratus silver Seawolf, which is the last one standing, now 5 yrs old.

I wear the Seawolf a lot in spite of owning a YM and a SD43. Such a satisfying piece. Chunky as you'd expect from an extreme diver, the dial is amazing with applied silver indices and considerable depth, colour is cream turning to silver. It has a special meaning to me as this is what I was wearing when my two children were born at the hospital on both occasions.

The blue SOH46 had to go. I enjoyed it during 4 years but it felt too big in the end, it was never a proper diver (no pip, no numerals on the bezel), had a nasty clasp and the colour of the dial would look off at times. However, I might give the SOH II 42 another chance.

I don't currently own A Breitling, but if I were to get one it would be one where the contour between the lugs is round like the rest of the watch not "squared off" between the lugs. Everyone has their personal likes and dislikes regarding watches, that happens to be my personal dislike for some Breitlings.

You just described my collection and obviously I totally agree with your assessment! My Speedmaster is a brown dial sapphire sandwhich, but I believe this meets the criteria you specified.
