I’m looking to buy my first Rolex (a Submariner 14060).
Hoping for expert advise before pulling the trigger.

I am considering two:

1. Found on ebay with:
Vintage 1990 Rolex 14060 Submariner Watch Tritium Dial Just Serviced. Unpolished

($7,995.00 but also listed on Omega forum for $7400.00)

Is this really “unpolished”?

Would $7000.00 be a reasonable offer?

2. Found on Chrono 24, but can be found on their home site by searching on google:
collectors 1946 submariner no date rolex 14060

Is it in decent condition (not good at evaluating lugs, etc.)?

Which one would an expert recommend, if either?
