What do you think of this Tudor 9411? The rotor looks a little rough in terms of the engraving and gold fill. The rest looks ok to me. Any input would be appreciated!

I don't have any real experience with Tudor, but that engraving does look pretty rough. The "D" on Tudor and the "O" on Auto look especially bad.

I did find a similar "rough" rotor on a for sale 9411 from the same year.
