Is this 'vintage' worth anything?

Hi everyone! A long ago I bought this piece of crap in an antique shop. It is proudly displaying Rx logo and 34-mm oyster case, - but it's powered by Tudor 17-jewel cal. 425 (and keeps good time) and has a totally tudorish dial. I like it, but somehow doubt its rolexness: is that a Rolex or a Tudor? Can a knowledgeable fan comment on a two-in-one mix like that? Thanks in advance.

Look at the back? Is there writing on it? Sounds to me like a Tudor watch with a Rolex or refinished Rolex dial. If the heart of the watch is a Tudor movement, it’s not originally a Rolex.

Thanks a lot. There's nothing on its back. And it used to have the Rx logo on the crown - until I broke the winding stem

All right. Is a Tudor from 1950-s, oiled and serviced properly, worth anything in the range $500 - $700?
