Need help with Tudor 7928 Submariner

Hi All,

I am currently looking for a Tudor 7928 Sub and find this one recently. Watch only without bracelet, series is 4 mils, years should be 64-65, the case is good to me, polished but not over, however, the shape of the "Rose" and the front on the dial seems not right, but other than that, the Gilt track and the " T SWISS T" look right to me, the patina on the hands and hour marks looking really nice to me. I have no chance to see the movement but will do so before i confirmed the purchase.

Can someone give me some thoughts on how this dial come up? Should i pull the trigger? Any way i can make this right and what the cost?

Insert is 1980s service.

Dial Fonts have been reprinted, may be original gilt track but photo is not conclusive.

that could just be the crystal distortion when the crystal has been worn in certain areas.

the biggest giveaway is the printing.... Anyway lets not get into the specifics.
