scratched permanent link and damaged screws on oyster bracelet
Hello, my SubC has 2 link screws that were damaged when I went to adjust the bracelet at a watch store. what's even worse is that upon closer inspection the person that adjusted it scratched a permanent link on the oyster bracelet. My question is would a RSC be able to replace a permanent link on my 97200? if so, how much would it cost?

Please post clear, close-up photos of the scratches.

it would have to be a bad scratch to require replacement, rolex can only replace the whole permanent link section and its pricey

i went to rsc and they replaced the screw links for free. as far as the scratch goes i guess i'll have it polished on my next service. the store called me to bring in back and they'll take a look, but i doubt they wouldve replaced the bracelet seeing as how it's close to $2k. they probably would've offered to polish it. moral of the story, get bracelet resized at rsc if possible or reputable ad. below is a pic of the damaged screw link that can happen if they don't use the proper hollow ground screwdriver.
