Not an expert on these old 300s, but I believe it looks ok. The dial's aging looks consistent with the case and hands, and it looks to be a well used example. Hopefully someone else can help further!

Same dial as mine (although mine is some what dirtier) looks good. On my dial the
T swiss made T is not visible as it is completely hidden under the rehaut.. |

From your pics, the watch is 100% correct. Dial and script are spot on. It's normal for the T SWISS T to be partially or totally hidden. Dial, hands and bezel look correct. This one probably has the NAiAD crown.
