Help needed, looking for an independent watch brand

Hey guys

Hope some of you can help me. Recently somebody posted a picture of a green watch from an independent maker. I think "Swiss Made" but based in the US. I remember that the founder was the US VP of a larger famous watch brand (JLC or so). Their launch model comes with either a purple or green guilloche dial, the purple one was limited, too. The straps were light brown nubuck, I think...

Iirc the name was 2 words...I just can't remember them anymore.

Thanks for your help!

The founder Aren is a great guy who used to work for FPJ in Beverly Hills. He helped me source my CMS and for that I’m eternally grateful.

I don’t own a HN but you can believe he’s passionate about the brand and I hear he’s got a new complication in the works.

Cheers

I met Aren in 2021 and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was generous enough to show me the Astronomic prototype even though I did not own a single Journe at that time. We spent an hour talking about the Equation of Time complication, which is one of my all time favourites. I’m looking forward to seeing what he comes up with.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with Aren / HN. I reached out to him yesterday to find out whether there is any chance to look at or even buy one of the HN00 in Switzerland.

He personally answered me very quickly, extending the response to give me more information about the brand and their latest project (HN01), adding a complication while making the watch thinner. He really took his time, which I appreciated. I told him that I heard good things about him and I can confirm this impression after communicating with him.

Unfortunately the HN00 isn't viable at the moment due to the production window being closed already and currently no retail in Switzerland...SIGH! Hope to add one of their timepieces sooner or later...who knows, maybe even an HN00.
