Advice Needed

Hi there I'm fairly new to the forum, but love the amazing wealth of knowledge found here. I'm thinking of purchasing my wife a Rolex for her birthday and came across the watch below. I know the bezel is "aftermarket", but can anyone tell if this is an authentic Rolex dial? The dealer has assured me it is...

Thank you in advance for any insight!

When you say aftermarket dial and hands do you believe that they are definitely not rolex made?

Aftermarket means that someone besides Rolex made those items.
