Forbes List: Really??

100 greatest living business minds list includes a convicted felon. Sad commentary on a culture without a moral compass.

Pure click bait

They simply grabbed 100 famous faces from a range of industries. There are thousands of businesspeople who are more brilliant than half that list, but those responsible for the article don't care

Oh, and some of those listed are far more nefarious than martha stewart

I assume you’re talking about Martha Stewart to which I’d say that she’s just one of the few that got caught. I’m reminded of a saying that goes something like this: “Behind every great fortune lies a great crime”

I’m certain a large portion of that list have more than a few skeletons in the closet

One of my favorite all-time quotes. It's from Honore de Balzac's Le Pier Goriot (1834).

From Andrew Carnegie, John D. Rockefeller, J.P Morgan (and the likes) to modern-day buccaneers like Bill Gates/Microsoft, Enron and Bernie Madoff, nothing has changed.

Martha stewart did nothing that guys like icahn do every single day. They are notorious insider traders who use their power to influence stock prices right and left. Icahn should be in jail.

Having a strong moral compass and being a great business person are not mutually exclusive. If fact, many "great" business people are total crooks. I am indifferent towards Martha Stewart, but she is a saint compared to people like Bernie Madoff.

I agree with you 100%. Same goes for JP Morgan CEO talking about how bitcoin is a fraud, whilst rumours of them buying millions on the dip.
