Really beautiful photos, the lighting alone - wow!

That's a great shot - tonalities and the optical quality is breathtaking. The fur!!!

Thanks, gents. As long as treats are involved - he will do anything. :D

Joeychitwood (what a fun stunt team btw...) - I've never been able to take action shots like that Pond Skim set. Vey cool.

Black and white is perfect for that shot. The textures are almost palpable. The dog's hair is amazing.

Nice shot, Mike. Mama owl looks like she wants to kill you!

Blue Angels hit town this week. Best thing about Seafair by far.

The Fuji X cameras are reputed to be terrible for action so naturally I had to give them a try. Overcooked the processing but literally took about 30 seconds in Snapseed to season...

A new version of firmware for the X-T1 and a newish fast 50-140 zoom worked well enough for me. :)

I also love the first one with the fish. With the facial expression on the fish I would love to know what it's thinking

went to the beach today. It was a nice day, with great trade winds and the turtles were out in droves.

The public access to this beach ran between two homes

Taken some time back during my working trip to Scottsdale. I learnt the hard way that the best form of transportation was a car rental; I'm more used to bus/train/taxi. So since my options were a V6 Charger or a Camry (and since we have a ton of Camrys here in my part of the world), I went with the Charger.

Beautiful sunset on a random drive. Thankfully with the added GPS option
