Is this Omega all original?

Hi came across this watch here. Could you please tell me more about it and if this one is in good condition? Are the markers actually silver as described? Any other info on this one appreciated.

Thanks

Dial is original, but price is outrageous.

Markers are not silver but printed and filled.

Cheers
