Ebay Patek?

Came across this interesting piece. What do you guys think? Supposed to be a gold Patek pocketwatch that was converted to a wristwatch.

its often done , wristwatches sell faster than pocket watches , but some of them can be huge , that one looks ok , but there is normally an extract from the archives to accompany them too. but it would be like having a clock on your wrist . when you compare it to a 34mm watch which would have been the norm about that time.

At 47mm, it's big. There's also very little value to a retrofit beyond the movement.
