What are your GOALS?

Mine are:
I have 3 major ones
Well 4

1. Million Dollars in the bank ( I know it’s not a lot, but you can use it to make a lot)
2. Get Married to my Best Friend
3. Make an offer on a house that someone already lives in and buy everything in it as well. I have driven by this house for 15 years about and have always wanted to purchase it. Market Value, I am unsure but on the water. Cape Cod
4. Make a Baby

If you believe it, it will happen!!!!
Life is an open book and your the author, just saying.

What about you.

2021 Goals
  • Get in better shape and health. I am starting this Saturday - 5am club - it's all about consistency.
  • Consolidate my watch collection and add two grails to the collection. Some listings will be going up Saturday as well to start the process.
  • Spend more time with my family - more experiences - Jpeezy14 has my wheels turning.

Cheers to an incredible 2021

2021 Goals:
Do not watch the news
Workout daily mix up routines
Smoke a cigar everyday
Handicap down to 0, close now need to work on short game
So golf practice daily when course is open

More subjective goals:
Be patient. Generally I am mellow but noticed being shorter and less patient during the pandemic.
Be kinder in general.
Think about others more often.
Listen more effectively.
Travel if possible. We cancelled 4 trips in 2020.
See family if possible. Both parents are elderly and I work in healthcare so have not been able to see them at all.

Be a better person, which encompasses many other individual character traits that would be numerous to list. Like mentioned previously, this is something I try to accomplish every year. I may frequently come up short, but that is the great thing about a new year....you can start over.

If you can get the mind control thing working, then that will automatically eliminate the other two.

I just cut your work load down by 2/3.

You're welcome and I look forward to your leadership in 2021.

Is that you, Jeff Bezos???

1 - Stop my inclination to correct people on the internet. I am going to try so hard to stop correcting "All Rolex watches still have a small battery", "Interstate 40 was gravel until the 1980s", "Amazon is 90% owned by Walmart" and similar misstatements. Most people are NOT trying to continually improve their understanding of the world. I'm not helping when I tell them no current Rolex has a battery, I40 was never open as a gravel road, and Amazon has no 90% stockholders. I'm chipping at their flimsy grasp on reality, and it helps no one.

2 - Get certified as a bicycle officer. I've moved to a VERY pedestrian and bicycle friendly neighborhood in the city I patrol, and it would be great to be able to patrol on a bicycle to multi-task exercise and public service.

3 - Pick a city in Florida for our second home, hopefully to be purchased in 2022. I want a sharp contrast in weather from Tennessee, would like the warmest winters I can possibly afford. We want to be in a condo tower with the beach at the bottom of the elevator. Once we pick a city in 2021, we'll shop in 2022, remodel, and become snowbirds in 2023.

If I were a betting man, I'd put fat cash on me succeeding on #2 and #3.

As for #1... I give it a week.

Besides the usual : be a good mate, and a good dad to my kids.

Learn airbrushing techniques for painting. Take up oil painting.
My painting hobby took a 15 year hiatus- but that's suddenly resumed !

Score that Rolex Submariner I've been drooling over for a year.

Get right back into exercise routine 3/4 days a week.
Covid lockdowns knocked the wind out of my sails, but I have New Balance running shoes !

Get HAM radio license.

Finish the rear suspension offroad install work on the Xterra. New shocks, ubolt flip kit, shackles, and 3 degree shims to reduce vibrations. Consider re-gear to 3.69 ratios in front and back.

Get properly fitted for a bespoke suit @ Michael Andrews Bespoke in NYC.

Was considering the 75 Hard challenge but not sure I have the discipline to stick to it fully. https://medium.com/@simoncaruso_5886...it-4ac40342447

I’ll start with exercise a minimum of 4 times a week and limit to three servings of alcohol a week.

Most importantly, which would have a bearing on all others is to improve my heart health. Since my heart attack in May, the ticker ain't up to snuff and the Dr's are still puzzled. So that is my main goal for 2021...

I'm going to start my DBA, will take 3-4 years

I'm going to build a "car sized" drone (will post some videos of how to build it)

Going to try to get from like 600hp to about 800hp from my car

I have a P2P deal in the pipeline I hope works well

I'd also like to buy my first home, Chevy Chase style 3 bed 1 bath, add a bath or two, update the kitchen and everything then flip it in a year or so.

Shooting for 2,600 miles on my single speed mountain bike. Hopefully find a home to settle down in. And continue to grow my business while spending as much time with family and friends as possible.
