$500 worth of damage .. :-(
An annoying rotor noise (more than usual) had me take my PAM 1523 to the Boutique at caesars.
turns out i have a broken oscillating wheel (panerai's language for the rotor) .. service cost slightly over $500 -- they say it was dropped .. which i think happened once, i dropped the watch when taking it off onto hardwood floor.. so be careful with your watches.. they are fragile. I think the in house movements in those 1950s are kinda wonky. My 359 movement broke from nothing more than setting the time...

I think I have the same problem with my 328. How long did it take for the repair?
