States with tax free shopping for tourists
Hello, I am trying to buy a watch from one of the ADs in US (new jersey) and I am wondering if there is any way to avoid paying sales tax as it will make the watch more expensive than buying it from a grey dealer in my country.
So my question is which states offer tax-free shopping for tourists (if such thing exist at all)? |

It's not refundable. You could avoid by having a NJ dealer ship to your hotel in NY
A handful of states have no sales tax. But there could still be taxes added at the city or municipality level |
