Nothing's ever too much or too expensive in Dubai.

Well it is a flat 4. Bit more rare. Co-worker has one and doesn't even realize it's value. Might have to slip him a hint. Bought it new from AD back during release.

Flat four kermit is a nice collection piece, however this price is high even for a NOS FF 16610lv.

You cant wear it. Only hope it goes up. I'd rather buy a nice pointed 4 it will follow in value, lower of course but relevant plus you can wear and enjoy.

In January 2011, I traded a regular pointy-4 M-series 16610LV (with box, papers) plus $1,000 ... for a flat-4 Anniversary Kermit 16610LV (with box, papers). I had paid $5500 for the pointy-4 one just a few months before. Both transactions were with members here. Even at that time, there was a lot of TRF buzz about the flat-4 version being rare and ultimately collectible. Glad I heeded those early — now clearly prescient — breadcrumbs.

looks like the $33,750 was the hammer price ...add 25% auction fee and it sold for $42,185....
