Circa 1955 dial question

Anyone ever see a seconds subdial with markers that are different sizes like this? I have looked over a lot of pics but can't find a similar subdial. This is probably circa 1955.

Out of town, so I cannot look at my watches, but..
That dial has been redone, so trying to compare it to other watches based on the dial will not be helpful. (No "Swiss" on the bottom and the Omega symbol is sitting on the print.)

It should have a reference number on the inside of the case back. The movement will have a 3 digit caliber number as well.

That is what I would use to research the watch.
