A Lange hit a home run on this one

Listen closely to how the dial is made

Not really a movement guy, but that's a pretty watch.

I never use a lupe on watches because it destroys the magic but there were plenty of rough edges on this watch.

Dial had to be hand carved from one piece of rose gold no applied numeral. No machining.

Lange have always been a great mix of fine detail artistry, and complex movements.
This one is no different. I dig the dial..

A. Lange & Sohne at the top of their game, IMO. The new Anniversary Tourbograph Perpetual Honeygold is another example of their abilities.

That looks like an amazing watch but I could not listen to the commentary. He’s talks like Jeremy Clarkson. Exactly the same cadence, deliberate pauses and emphasis and I had to quit before 3 minutes.

I never minded Jeremy Clarkson doing it but this irked me for some reason.

That’s insane.

Regarding the intonation - I used to work at the BBC in current affairs. Every single TV and radio presenter develops that same way of speaking after a while. Infuriating.
