I am about to purchase a watch from karam3l tomorrow. I see that he already has a few good reviews on here but wondering if there are any others out there that can attest to his credibility. My gut is he is a solid guy and almost positive no issues.

Wiring large sum of money to someone without recourse is never a good idea !
I believe most people are honest, but one should not try to temp them with opportunity.

Plenty of past scammers have had "a few good reviews on here".
