Both are fantastic watches. I personally have an affinity for the white dial.

That sounds interesting. Would be worth a photoshop trial

BLACK. The black bezel and the black dial look very sophisticated and classy.

It appears from the response of most members that its a vote unanimously in favor of the white dial.

I own and prefer black, I think it is sleek and sporty. Something about the white gold markers on the white bothers me - wish they matched the sub dials.

Walked into my local AD and lady noticed mine. She said "good guys always wear white"! Cute but not necessarily so! Both are beautiful.

Honestly Rolex killed it with both versions...love them both. I have been patiently waiting for the white one to compliment my collection and lack thereof of a white faced entry. In my honest opinion for white its one of the best watches I have ever seen

I could be wrong on this one having never held them side-by-side but I lean towards the white due my current perception that it looks slightly larger. Whether that's true in person I can not say. I actually really love both of them so that's the only little nit-picky thing that makes me lean towards the white.

As others have said, you cannot go wrong with either colour. If I had to pick one, I’d go White. But would immediately order a black afterwards and wait for it to come in!

White in the ceramic. The dial has many characteristics of the 16520 porcelain dial. It’s a lot different than the 116520 white which did not sing to me. I think black in the older model was the better looking watch but the new ceramic is simply stunning in the white and evokes the original modern Daytona’s that started it all.

Can’t go wrong. Have generally preferred the white, but after trying it for a bit, I now want to try the black, which I have never actually seen in person.

White. Wears smaller which I like with 6.25 wrists. See only the white dial. Black dial visually extends the full 40mm. Thus looks bigger.
