UK Hulk Prices

Bit of a pointless thread and I know they aren’t necessarily selling for these prices, but the price of the hulk just keeps going up! Not a single 2018 model on Chrono24 for less than £10k and there are a few at over £12k! How long can this piece continue to rise for?!

Technically that’s just the asking price rather than the actual sale price. Who knows what they’re actually selling for? Few people here report/will admit to buying grey so it’s hard to know.

As a very recent purchaser from an AD, I’m happy to see the madness continue.

With steel being so popular and as long as people are making money in this market, I'm afraid the price can go much higher especially if it's discontinued. In NYC, they're above 12 pre-owned and 13-14 unworn. BLNR is the same situation.

Looks like you got a good price on the BLNR considering what they’re being listed for. Full set?

Thanks for that. Your first paragraph was a waste of time considering my first sentence

Q. How long will this continue?

A. Exactly the same length of time as people keep buying them!

If people didn't buy grey, the price would steadily drop...it's not rocket science.

Yes..both full sets. I had few quid doing nothing so I went for it. I was never going to get them from my AD.

Leaving aside your touchiness, my bad. I should have read your post properly.

That’s awfully homophobic in this overly political correct world we now live in. I think the admin should look at this very closely

I think the first five words of your first sentence were spot on.

That is Vic and Bob, very famous British comedians. Being British, as I am, I think the nuance of the cultural reference has been misinterpreted, they are by no means homophobic in the acts.

They sell for 10K in Asia. Add 20% import tax for UK prices it becomes 12000. That's the market price.

Absolutely ZERO homophobic about that pic, or about how Vic and Bob put that across.

I'd point out that 3 of the OP's responses are worthy of an eyebrow raising though .... very confrontational replies to other posters ... bordering on trolling ... and nothing either courtious or well mannered.

I predict a closure of this thread very soon.

In today’s world, I’m afraid that if I ‘FEEL’ that the post is homophobic, then that means it is.

Was going to try to explain this myself .. but as you explained it so eloquently

I don't believe any UK gay person would be offended by Vic & Bob.

I agree. Bit odd. Each to their own I guess.
