New Professional SS models anywhere!
Question I have asked before but ask the forum in 2019. Is there any new stainless steel professional Rolex models for sale in AD in the UK.
I currently own the TT Submariner Bluesy but would like to change for a slightly less expensive stainless steel model. This however is easier said than done. |

Keep the Bluesy. By the time you'd sell it, you'd essentially be doing a straight trade for a LVc or BLNR from a gray

I was shopping in the West End on Wednesday.
No SS sports models at Selfridges and WoS on Bond St or WoS and Mappin & Webb on Regent St. Only sports models I saw were YMII, RG YM, WG Sub. Although, a few weeks ago at Mappin & Webb Bluewater I did see an Air-king, Explorer I and a Milgauss. |

Is there a particular reference you're after? I ask as ADs will be more receptive if you know what you want, rather than you saying 'any.'.
Also as said above you will have to go into the AD as I bet they get calls on the hour from 'customers' chasing stainless steel references. Good luck in the hunt... |

I very much doubt you will find a hard to get model on the shelf at any Authorised Dealer outside of an Airport. They all have long wait lists and will start calling the list as soon as the latest coffins arrive.
A real world example: I got a call on the 18th December for a 116610LN. The AD said it just arrived that morning along with a couple of others - which were also already chapped out. So these watches don't even get as far as a window. You may be lucky though - some AD's will have a watch or two in the safe that you may be able to convince them to part with if you go and visit in person and they like you or if you buy some other goods. You may also be lucky in an Airport AD as they do not entertain lists, their watches just go straight in the window. |

Echo the comments so far. I’ve enquired about no date Subs and not made much progress!

I got a decent deal trading my TT Sub date 116613LB (bluesy) for a sub date 116610LN at Watchfinder at Bluewater. Worth considering them. It made sense for me as I originally purchased my bluesy with a 12% discount.
