Just a bit of background to this particular acquisition .....

So firstly ,its 6 hours drive from home to the AD.So,bought the watch 3 weeks ago ,but had to find the time again to take the trip.
The last time ,was a total of 12 hours drive in a day .Exhausting .
This time we decided to take a long weekend and stay over with the family and pick up the black SkyD.My son's last holiday with the family,as well, before leaving for the US in August on a track and field scholarship to university.

Drive through Friday night after work.Stay at a great hotel.Saturday at some shopping centres and the beach etc..Plan is to pick up the watch on Monday.Head back on Tuesday.

So Sunday comes,Fathers day ,..
Swim in the ocean and time on the beach during the morning and a nice lunch at a steakhouse ....

I end up with an Otitis Externa (Infection of the external hearing channel) and a bad tummy after lunch, on one day !
My right ear is like completely deaf, bad tinnitus and I am running to the loo ..
Monday morning I am at the pharmacy getting medicine and in the afternoon go to the AD to get the watch.Communication with the salesperson a mission ,since I am half deaf, partly dehydrated and not feeling wonderful at all !! Visited an ENT colleague today and he says I will live ...

Who says buying a Rolex isn't hard work !!

You definitely earned that beautiful thing the hard way. However, you make wearing the Sky-Dweller look so easy! Like a DJ36 looks on my 7"ish wrist.

Hoping to share pictures of the black one myself soon. Congratulations!

Cheers
