You definitely do not need to baby ye ole Rolex but I just take mine off fold it and stand it up and look at it to see how much longer I have in the warmth before I am subjected to the torturous fridged morning air and an even more torturous day of work… I used to always wear my watches in the shower until I realized how much soap scum you get in the clasp area. Plus it was hard to lather up around the watch.

i also think wearing it in shower is better idea than using toothbrush on the watch. with daily rinse its always clean!
