Postman just been

Postie just dropped this 1979 Seiko King Quartz snowflake dial off. Condition is amazing for its age. I'm well chuffed.

That dial is killer. Great find! Love it.

Is the day wheel only in Kanji?

I'm not sure it's a JDM model but just checked and it's got English days on it as well. I might leave it on Kanji to make it a bit different.

Ahh, very cool. I'd probably stick with Kanji myself. It'll give you an excuse to learn the characters if you don't already know a bit of Japanese.

Now you just need a King Pintz to celebrate!

Thanks it is in extremely good condition with a few marks but it is 40 years old and the dial and hands are stunning.
