I am writing to explain the wonderful transaction that i had with Partick A, OCROLEXGUY.
I have bought from several forum members in the past, but this was by far my largest transaction. Last week i purchased the watch in the link below from Patrick and i could not be happier. http://rolexforums.com/showthread.ph...ghlight=116509 When Patrick first listed the watch i sent him several emails asking questions about it. He answered quickly and honestly. I was ready to purchase it when a sudden family issue caused me to back out at the last minute. I apologized to Patrick. He told me it was no problem and that he looked forward to doing business with me in the future. That went a long way with me. Fast forward a few weeks...all family matters settled, i called him and inquired if the watch was still available. We talked for a few minutes and agreed on a price. During the call, i asked if there was a scratch on the crystal, he acknowledged that there was. I replied that i was unconcerned since i would have the watch serviced almost immediately.Patrick offered to replace the crystal, but i declined since i thought the deal was good enough already. Before wiring money, I called a few of the other trusted sellers here and all gave Patrick a rousing recommendation. I wired Patrick money at 3:15PM MST. At 3:17 i had a shipping confirmation from UPS. At 3:22 Patrick called to say that the money had been received. The next morning, the watch was delivered to my workplace at 10AM. Patrick texted me to ensure all was well. I let him know that i would not get to work until about 1PM that day. I opened the package and was overjoyed. I called Patrick to thank him. In the discussion, the scratched crystal came up again. I was NOT worried about it, but Patrick insisted on sending me a check so i could have it replaced. He simply wouldn't take no for an answer. In my dealings with him, it has become apparent that Patrick is beyond trustworthy. He seemed less concerned with the financial aspects of our deal than in ensuring that i was 100% happy. I could not ask for better service. I own several retail stores and i pride myself on providing customer service that astounds my customers. Patrick has shown me an example of the type of salesperson that i aspire to be. He and I will do business again. Thank you Patrick. Your very pleased customer, Wayne |
