By today's standard, a very small 33mm with an overall thickness of 5mm.

Ref. 3820. Production of this reference started circa 1965. Fine, flat, water-resistant, 18K pink gold, gentleman's wristwatch, with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. two-body, solid, polished, screwed-down case back, teardrop lugs. D. white with applied pink gold Breguet numerals. "Breguet" pink gold hands. M. Cal. 177, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, 5 bridges, 21,600vph, 112 parts, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32 (??) mm.

Just got it this week

Sorry for the same pictures from the wrist check thread. I always loved PP dress watches. While I like their luxury sport watches (big Nautilus fan as most are) and their complication timepieces are lovely my favorite is the Calatrava. I like most of the variations.

I decided on the 5227J, with the dust cover. Stunningly beautiful watch where less is more. I just wish it had hacking seconds.
