They make the person wearing the watch smile!

Rolex used to be the one and only brand for me, but not anymore. After experiencing arrogant and strange behaviour from Rolex (all this R-Shortage and Rolex trying to control their customer’s property after purchase), I started to search for other brands. First Omega and now... Grand Seiko!
I still love Rolex-watches, but it is interesting that Grand Seiko is better in two things IMO:
The precision and the quality of dials&cases.
And one more:
Amazing customer service! No threats nor arrogant behaviour.
I planned to buy only one, but this great AD had another one aswell... I just couldn’t resist...
Outstaning quality, precision and the feeling. So comfortable to wear!
Never seen the dials like these....

Both are gorgeous watches!
I feel as you do about Rolex.
My interest in “horological wonders” began with Rolex- they’re amazing!
But my Rolex Blinders are removed now and my eyes are open to other outstanding watch brands! Grand Seiko in particular.
